That's right - this post is specifically for my friends in Guam! Since we do not have the luxury of watching Super Bowl on Sunday evening...I thought I would put together a Super Bowl Brunch menu:
Quarterback Sack Sausage, Egg and Cheese Burritos, Hail Mary Honey Baked Ham, Coach's Chips and Queso, Pigskins in a Blanket, Field Goal Fruit Tray, Punting Potato Salad, Touchdown French Toast and most importantly - Spiked Lemonade and Bloody Marys!

No planning necessary for this party - Occasions Magazine has taken care of it for you! To re-create this event, click on the link below

What a great idea for Super Bowl or Cinco de Mayo! Individual items are easy to maintain on your buffet and are great for portion control. You can turn a simple plastic cup into an attractive menu item for your next party plus less clean up!

"Minis" are great for Super Bowl parties and there are so many options! They are quick bites your guests will enjoy and not leave them hungry! Here are some examples of my favorites: grilled cheese, crab cakes, sandwiches, hamburgers, pizza plus macaroni and cheese. You can also place menu items and their condiments in individual shot glasses - for example - french fries and ketchup or julienned vegetables and ranch dip.

Here's a cute DIY table runner idea for your buffet or dining table. Take a piece of green fabric, felt or craft paper and create a playing field with a white paint marker.
